How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our dessert menu, select your desired items, and click the ‘Order’ button. Fill in your details and choose a pickup date to complete your order.
What are the payment options available?
We currently accept cash and credit card payments at the time of pickup. Please ensure you have the correct amount ready for cash payments.
Can I modify my order after submission?
Yes, you can modify your order by contacting us directly via phone or email. Please do so as soon as possible to ensure we can accommodate your changes.
What if I need to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to assist you with the cancellation process.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes, we have a minimum order requirement of $20 for local pickups. This helps us manage our production and ensure quality for all our customers.
What are the pickup hours for orders?
Our pickup hours are from 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday. Please select a pickup time within these hours when placing your order.
